I’m Sarah,

I've been a registered nurse for 7 years and I have worked with fragile babies in the NICU and also really struggled with major sleep deprivation with my three-year-old. That led to severe anxiety and depression and I always felt exhausted. After months of sleep deprivation, I successfully sleep trained both of my babies to sleep through the night. 

My passion as a nurse and sleep and wellness coach is to help new and experienced moms develop good self-care habits, sleep solutions for the whole family, and total body wellness that can transform them from depressed and stressed to thriving and energetic! 

I help moms who need support for:

-Postpartum healing and adjustment

-Finding appropriate schedules/routines as a busy mom
